Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Review prescription orders for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, patient data, potential drug interactions, formulation integrity, and proper labeling.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years' pharmacist experience, with preference given to those familiar with closed-door pharmacy operations.
