Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral challenges. You will help clients of all ages, from children experiencing family transitions to couples seeking to improve communication and resolve conflicts. By employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs, you play a crucial role in their journey to mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

  • A valid LMFT license to practice in Maryland.
  • \n
  • Proven experience (minimum of two years) utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in community health settings, knowledge of different cultural backgrounds, and familiarity with telehealth practices will be given preference. Experience in outreach and engagement strategies to promote mental health awareness in the community will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
