Live-In Property Maintenance Superintendent

RiseBoro Community Partnership seeks an on-site live-in superintendent to maintain and repair the grounds and buildings of affordable housing properties. You will oversee roofing, masonry, windows, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and door hardware while coordinating with Porters as needed. The role requires hands-on maintenance, strong organizational skills, and ability to perform on-call emergencies.
