Transactional Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced transactional attorney to join their team in Panama City, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in real estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community associations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of matters. Duties Conduct legal research and draft transactional documents independently. Attend client appointments and understand client expectations. Engage in special projects and committee work. Complete administrative tasks including time reporting and case management. Utilize technology and automation in legal practice. Travel as required to meet business needs. Comply with federal and state regulations and firm policies. Requirements Current license to practice law, in good standing with the Alabama or Florida Bar. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community association matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. High ethical standards and confidentiality in client matters. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Alabama or Florida. Skills Strong research and analytical skills.
