Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN Home Health / Rehabilitation | Flexible Schedule | Competitive Pay We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis . Position Details: PRN / As-needed schedule Pay: $50 – $55 per hour (DOE) Flexible scheduling based on patient needs Manageable caseload Supportive clinical leadership team Opportunity to work with a collaborative interdisciplinary care team Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training Assist patients with improving strength, balance, and functional mobility Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention strategies Document patient visits accurately and in a timely manner Communicate patient progress with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical standards Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams This opportunity is ideal for Physical Therapists seeking a flexible PRN role with competitive pay while providing high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment .
