We are looking for a friendly, confident, and highly organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates well and can help patients understand their recommended treatment and financial options.
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Discuss treatment cost, payment options, financing and insurance benefits.
- Help patients understand the value and importance of recommended treatment.
- Follow up with patients reguarding unscheduled treatment.
- Schedule treatment and coordinate appointments.
- Monitor the schdeule
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred
- Dental Front office experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with dental practice software
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
