Chick-fil-A Drive-Thru Engagement Specialist

At Chick-fil-A the team member role is more than just a job, it's a remarkable opportunity! In addition to working directly for our Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary.

As a Drive-Thru Engagement Specialist, you will get to work both indoor and outdoor using iPOS technology to take guests orders and deliver their food promptly and accurately. You will enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is both fun and safe. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests in any type of weather and at all times of the day. We cannot wait to meet you!

No experience is necessary! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Job Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm welcome
Assist guests with questions about the menu
Enter order accurately in iPOS and clarify order details
Repeat order with meal name to ensure order accuracy
Relay order total to guest
Receive payment
Give guest clear direction to the next stop of their journey
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Communicate effectively
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and committed to shift fulfillment
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
