BDC Service Administrator

BDC Service Administrator DCH Mission Valley Honda is seeking a BDC Administrator to join their service team. You will be a part of the communication hub for the dealership’s service department. If you are highly organized, work well on a team, and have great communication, we encourage you to apply. Pay: $20-$24/hr + Bonuses (Hourly Rate DOE) Schedule: Full Time (Must be willing to work Saturdays) Responsibilities Schedule Service Appointments Follow up with customers in a timely manner Assist with service department marketing Schedule Due Bills Answer incoming service calls Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Phone Etiquette Required Ability to manage one’s own time effectively.
