Shift Leader

Taco Bell

Hoboken, NJ
Shift Leader

Candidates with QSR management experience will be preferred. You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure team members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all employees present a neat clean appearance and wear company uniform.
  • Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
  • Providing feedback to team members in a positive manner.
  • Communicating openly and honestly with the restaurant management team.
  • Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required by manager.

Company Introduction We believe everyone deserves to Live Más - and we're constantly inspired by the creativity it takes to get there. At Taco Bell, we've had innovation on our mind since Glen Bell started serving tacos at the first location in 1962 in Downey, California. Since then, we've grown to be a culture-centric, lifestyle brand that provides craveable, affordable Mexican-inspired food with bold flavors. Not only do we provide breakthrough value, we offer quality ingredients and are the first QSR restaurant to offer American Vegetarian Association (AVA)-certified menu items. We provide educational opportunities and serve the community through our nonprofit organization, the Taco Bell Foundation, and support fans and team members with their passions through programs such as the Live Más Scholarship. As a franchisee company - on top of corporate perks - we offer insurance plans, sick leave, performance bonuses, vacation pay and much more.
