DOE Overview The Jasper, a premier luxury multifamily community in Charleston, is hiring two Property Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the property through responsive service, preventative maintenance, and high-quality workmanship. What You’ll Do Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and address issues proactively Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 3–5 years of maintenance experience (multifamily or related field preferred) Strong working knowledge of general building systems and repairs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift, carry, and work in varying weather conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation CPO certification preferred (not required) What We Offer Competitive pay Full benefits package 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays Sign‑on bonus Free garage parking at The Jasper Growth and advancement opportunities within The Beach Company Equal Opportunity Employer The Beach Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
