$1680-$1980/wk. Pay is Mileage ++

70 Hours of sick time per year + Vacation + Personal Days

• HOME WEEKLY with 34-48 hours of home time. Most drivers get 2 days off a week
• Weekly payroll.
• Average yearly pay is between $75,000 to $100,000 per year. With ability to make more.

• 75% of our loads are drop and hook; 98% no-touch freight, all trips are pre-planned in advance.
• We do not depend on another customer's freight to get you home. We haul our own freight.
• No waiting at truck stops for loads. Out and back!
• Paid orientation.
• Dogs are allowed as long as the tractor is kept clean and odor free, no cats.
• Passenger-friendly.

• At least 1yr. OTR tractor-trailer driving experience in the past 3 years
• No major FMCSA violations.
• Acceptable MVR and PSP within the last three years.
• Must be able to maintain a CDL.
• Mountain driver a plus.

• Commitment to AFW's safety policies and procedures and the ability to promote awareness.
• Able to perform vehicle pre-trips up to FMCSA standards.
• Ability to operate Electronic Qualcomm Log System.
• Must be willing to chain up during severe weather.
• Must be aware that operations occur on asphalt, concrete and gravel surfaces in a hostile environment often contaminated with material subject to embedding in tires.
• Must function and interact on a routine basis with the AFW management team.
• Communicate using a cellular telephone with dispatch and AFW personnel via McLeod application.
• Ability to efficiently work independently of direct supervision.
• All training provided by AFW.
