Position Overview: HR AssistantThe HR Assistant plays a central role in keeping KMM's Human Resources operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position supports daily HR workflows, maintains accurate employee records, assists with recruitment activities, and contributes to onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee‑focused events.
