Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

HMD Trucking is recruiting experienced solo OTR CDL-A Dry Van drivers out of Lenexa, KS to move freight coast to coast. Expect dependable long-haul lanes, modern trucks under three years old equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, plus in-house maintenance support. Compensation starts at 65 CPM with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles and additional safety, inspection, and referral bonuses.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and deliver dry van freight on assigned OTR routes.
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading and electronic records.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers for timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
