Work Environment\nThis position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, enabling counselors to deliver telehealth services across the state of Texas. As part of our telehealth team, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including other mental health professionals and administrative staff, to provide accessible counseling services. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans that fit individual client needs. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. \n
- Document appropriate client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations. \n
- Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to provide holistic care and reinforce treatment efficacy. \n
- Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training on the latest mental health practices and research. \n
In this role, you will provide support to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with various mental health challenges. Our clients include those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Your expertise will be crucial in offering responsive care that respects each client's background and experiences while aiming for improved mental health outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting. \n
- Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations relevant to mental health counseling. \n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds. \n
- Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other technological tools to facilitate client care and documentation. \n

- Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable. \n
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting, contributing to a culture of support and shared goals. \n
- Prior experience in telehealth settings, adapting practices to an online platform, is a plus. \n
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on your caseload and experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and unlimited client referrals.
