Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain stamping presses and industrial production equipment. If you have a strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repairs.
• Repair motors, valves, cylinders, air lines, and press equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Complete minor fabrication and maintain maintenance records.
• Follow OSHA, ANSI, and EPA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience on hydraulic and/or stamping press equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

• PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic experience.
• Electrical Engineering Technology certification or equivalent.
• Spot-welding machine maintenance experience.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and work in a manufacturing environment.
