Commission Analyst

To support the global sales team, the remote Commission Analyst will manage the sales commission process, administer complex commission plans, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in commission calculations and reporting. Key responsibilities: Manage the monthly and quarterly sales commission process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payouts Administer and configure complex commission plans in Xactly for global sales participants Perform detailed data analysis to identify discrepancies and support the commission closed process Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering sales commission plans, preferably using Xactly Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to explain complex commission processes to various stakeholders
