Occupational Therapist (OT) - Neurology
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | No weekends
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, patient-centered therapy for individuals with neurological, movement, orthopedic, and vestibular conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, movement, and vestibular disorders.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Florida Occupational Therapist license.
Minimum 1 year of neurology experience preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
New graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
