Integrated Behavioral Health Care Manager

Essen Medical Associates in New York is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager to support and coordinate the mental and physical health care of patients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and at least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
