Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician Assistant (PA?C) with either experience in sleep medicine or a strong desire to develop expertise in this specialty. You will work closely with a full?time, fellowship?trained supervising physician and a multidisciplinary team of sleep experts. This role offers the opportunity to build deep clinical knowledge, develop long?term patient relationships, and contribute to a practice known for innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and follow?up visits for patients with sleep?related conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under physician supervision

• Educate patients on sleep disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle strategies

• Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR

• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff to ensure high?quality, coordinated care

Qualifications

Required

• Current Arizona PA License

• Experience in sleep medicine or strong interest and willingness to undergo structured training

Preferred

• 1+ year experience with EMR systems

• Strong communication skills and a patient?centered approach

Schedule

• 4?day work week

• 10?hour shifts

• No overnight call

Compensation details: 105000-125000 Yearly Salary
