Full Time 05 LiqGo Valparaiso, IN, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 2245 Salary Range: $14.50 To $14.51 Hourly LIQGO SHIFT SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the shift’s performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all associates. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager. LiqGo Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to: Greet all customers Make sales transactions quickly and accurately Maintain stock and inventory using available tools and resources Complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins Treat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous manner Complete shift sheets and account for Cigarette & Lottery inventory Maintain general appearance and cleanliness of store premises Possess the ability to merchandise and keep records Maintain a safe and secure environment for all customers and employees Lead, train, motivate and develop team members Create positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect Experience/Qualifications: Must be over 21 High School Diploma or equivalent Able to obtain Liquor License and complete Indiana Server Training Program Self-motivated, dependable Lift up to 50 pounds Stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% customer focus Basic mathematics skills Preferred Skills: Retail background Hours: The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is a full time position and can work up to 40 hours per week.
