RN - Med/Surg/Tele - Evening/Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Unit Responsibilities Provide quality inpatient care, assess, plan, implement, and document patient care, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team, and implement core measures. Handle a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and individualized care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current MA RN licensure; BSN preferred. Current AHA BLS certification required. Telemetry experience preferred; proficiency in telemetry interpretation required by the end of orientation. Skills Excellent communication, assessment, documentation, interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, and commitment to culturally diverse populations. Key Duties Care for approximately 20 patients daily on a 25-bed unit, collaborate with hospitalist team, and adhere to hospital policies and core measures. Potential for bonuses based on experience.
