Help
- Develop detailed construction cost estimates for complex civil works and military engineering projects
- Apply cost engineering knowledge to diverse civil works projects
- Use automated cost engineering software to evaluate overall construction costs
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of modern construction technologies
- Evaluate the cost impacts of various project features throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide policy guidance on cost engineering methods to ensure sound technical decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to resolve conflicting technical assumptions
- Negotiate complex cost adjustments with contractors to achieve mutually acceptable resolutions
