• Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,400 - $1,470
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend required; floating within the same building
• Unit Size: 40 beds

Job Requirements

• Active New York LPN license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility required
• Travel nursing experience required or strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred
• Updated resume showing LTC experience
• Skills checklist matching the specialty
• Nursys license verification with all active licenses
• Valid driver's license with address matching demographics
• Ability to provide requested time off at submission

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility standards
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to the care team
• Support residents with a variety of diagnoses, including MS, orthopedic needs, dementia, and memory care
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident safety and comfort
• Float within the same building as needed to support unit coverage
• Deliver compassionate, professional care throughout the overnight shift
