MEMCO is looking for Landscape Crew Members in Hermitage, TN!

M-Sat; 6am-5pm

Pay: $17-18/hr

Job Overview:

Our customer is looking for dependable and hardworking, Landscape Crew Members to support their team. Ideal candidates will have previous landscape maintenance experience or be comfortable working outdoors and following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, watering, and leaf removal.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Install and maintain sod, plants, trees, shrubs, and irrigation systems.
• Assist with grading, trenching, drainage maintenance, and general site cleanup.
• Remove debris, litter, brush, and tree trimmings from job sites.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and support other landscaping duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Knowledge of basic plant care and landscape maintenance practices.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions.
• A pre-employment Drug Screening is required.
