Job Title: Flatbed Tow Truck Driver (Commission-Based)

Location:700 Hargrove Street Pittsburgh, PA15

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Weekend Availability Required)

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Flatbed Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for motivated drivers. The role requires someone dependable who can handle a steady flow of calls and is comfortable working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a flatbed tow truck to safely transport vehicles
• Respond to roadside assistance, breakdowns, and accident calls
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles properly
• Communicate with dispatch and provide timely updates
• Complete all required paperwork and job documentation
• Perform routine inspections of truck and equipment
• Provide professional customer service on every call

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years towing or relevant driving experience (flatbed preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required depending on equipment)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work 3 PM – 11 PM shift consistently
• Weekend availability is required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of loading and securing vehicles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with winching and accident recovery
• Strong knowledge of local area and roadways
• Mechanical experience is a plus

Pay Structure:

• Commission-based pay (no hourly)
