Operations Support Manager

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Manage daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow and support construction projects.
• Coordinate communication between field crews, project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Process compliance with company standards including business licenses, contractor licenses, permit processing, and project documentation.
• Work with the accounting team on accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to ensure office remains in compliance with corporate standards.
• Track project budgets, expenses, and purchase orders to support financial reporting. (WIP Report)
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project status updates for senior management.
• Manage office inventory, equipment, and administrative resources.
• Schedule meetings, inspections, and project milestones to support operational efficiency.
• Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving administrative issues promptly.
• Implement office procedures that improve productivity and streamline administrative processes that are aligned with corporate standards.
• Train and supervise staff while promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Support project closeout by organizing final documentation, warranties, and compliance records.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and project information.

What We are Looking For

• 3+ years of office or operations experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-start who wants to modernize and streamline processes
• Can take direction and give direction as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000

Benefits: You will be eligible for RUI’s healthcare benefits, which includes health and dental insurance for you as an individual with a partial contribution from you. You are also eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after 1 year of employment. The company provides a match of 0.20% for each 1% of contribution by the employee up to 5% of contribution for a total of 1% by employer.

Paid-Time-Off: You will be entitled to 12 days of total PTO per year plus paid holidays as observed by the Company. The company employee manual details how paid time off increases over time depending on tenure with the company.

Location: This position will be based in Northglenn, CO and you will report directly to GM.
