Cardiac Anesthesiologist

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist with advanced TEE certification to provide cardiac and general anesthesia services.

• Responsibilities include practicing cardiac, neuro, OB, thoracic, and regional anesthesia, excluding pediatric cases.
• Join a team of anesthesiologists, residents, fellows, and CRNAs within a mixed staffing model.
• Perform cardiac cases such as Heart Transplantation, LVAD, ECMO, TAVR, Mitraclip, CABG, and valve surgeries.
• Provide occasional coverage at affiliated hospitals, including home call with an average of one cardiac call per week.
• Engage in after-hours and weekend work with additional earning opportunities.
• Utilize Epic EMR system and work in a Level I trauma center affiliated with an academic medical center.

Qualifications Include

• Doctorate in Medicine
• Medical license in Texas
• Active board certification or pursuit of certification in anesthesiology
