Willoughby Dental Team is hiring: Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (30+ hours/week)

We're hiring a full-time hygienist (30+ hours/week) in Willoughby, OH , aka the historic downtown, local spots to eat, and weekend farmer's market energy.

The job (hygiene, but done right)

• Provide excellent preventive + periodontal care (prophys, perio maintenance, SRP as appropriate)
• Educate patients in a real-world, no-shame way
  ("You only floss before appointments?" Great. That means you already own floss. We can build from there.)
• Complete thorough assessments and documentation
• Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning and oral-systemic health
• Maintain strong infection control and a calm, welcoming patient experience
