Team Leader

Team Leader for 24 hrs a week. Permanent contract at Manchester Trafford store.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Manchester Trafford store

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start of 06.30am to support delivery to starting later and work until 2230pm to support closing the store.

For this role, must also be available to open and/close the store when required.

What the role is about?

• A Team Leader supports the management team in the daily operations and is a key player in the store team to role model best practice.
• It's a hands-on role that involves ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organised, and the store team undertake their duties whilst delivering friendly customer service.

What are your Responsibilities:

• Implement Flying Tiger Copenhagen's concept.
• Proficiency on tills and supports with advanced till functions.
• Handle tills discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns, escalating them to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Implement and follow Commercial guidelines to meet compliance of store standards.
• Support in leading the store team.
