If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing to join our Clients and Markets organization.Responsibilities:Assist with and lead the development, management, pacing, and optimization of B2B multichannel full-funnel digital marketing campaigns that tie to Growth Activation messaging and experiences translating strategy into channel-specific activation plansPlan and execute omnichannel paid activation across social, search, display, programmatic, content syndication, and other channels internally, ensuring a cohesive, personalized experience that connects digital and physical touchpoints to high-value interactions; help manage external agencies/partners on strategic media buysExecute end-to-end campaign management using tools and platforms such as Google Search Ads 360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Display & Video 360Translate messaging and experience strategy into coordinated multichannel activation in partnership with cross-functional teams; lead the implementation of multi-channel optimization best practices across campaigns and team membersBuild lead generation and nurturing strategies that align marketing and sales, improve engagement, and accelerate progression through the user funnel; articulate performance measurement, translating channel and campaign data into actionable insights across all areas of the funnelDesign and lead testing strategies, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to maximize results and continuously refine the digital experience; manage budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing across channels and campaigns, with accountability for efficient spend and measurable impactAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience across search, social, display, programmatic, content syndication, and moreBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in marketing or a related fieldDeep understanding of multi-channel optimization best practices and trendsStrong analytical skills, with experience designing and interpreting tests and using data to drive continuous improvementFamiliarity with marketing and advertising platforms and marketing automation toolsEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence across a large, matrixed organization; strong organizational and task-prioritization abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skillsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
