This job is located in Framingham, MA, USA
The Appliance Sales Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales of home appliances, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of various home appliances, a passion for helping customers find the right products, and at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Work with and in support of your team members (internal & external)
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Other duties requested by your manager Qualifications/Competencies:
- Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in what can be a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business and administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales required (minimum 2 years)
- MS software package (word & excel)
- Ability to learn EPass and transactional software
