TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Walla Walla, Washington.

**Schedule**
- Shift type: Variable (8-hour shifts)
- Shift times: AM 07:00–15:30 and PM 11:00–19:30 (will alternate as needed)

**Requirements**
- Valid WA or Compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Travel experience required
- Previous OR circulating experience required
- BLS certification required
- Robotics experience preferred (e.g., Da Vinci Xi, Mako)

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Circulate in the operating room for various surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, neuro, OB C-sections, and more.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimum patient care and safety during procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and assist with the setup of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and address any emerging issues during surgery.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including anesthesia and surgical staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility protocols and standards.

**Compliance / Notes**
- Pre-approved time off must be declared at submission; post-submittal RTO may not be approved
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Call requirement: 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend every 6 weeks; 20-minute callback requirement
- On-call room available for staff who cannot secure housing within 20 minutes while on call
