Industrial Electrician

Locations: Houston, TX 77038 & Conroe, TX 77301 Day & Night Shift Available Night Shift Differential Available Pay DOE Weekly Pay Position Overview Apache Workforce is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to support the installation and assembly of electrical systems within industrial buildings, enclosures, and manufacturing equipment. This role involves interpreting blueprints, installing conduit and wiring systems, mounting electrical components, and ensuring all work meets applicable safety and electrical standards. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, one-line diagrams, and work instructions Install conduit systems including EMT, Rigid, and Aluminum Rigid conduit Bend, thread, and route conduit to meet project specifications Install electrical panels, breakers, disconnects, switches, outlets, and junction boxes Install power distribution systems, UPS systems, communication systems, and fire alarm systems Install cable trays, wiring systems, and electrical support structures Pull, terminate, and test electrical wiring and cables Utilize electrical testing equipment including meters, meggers, and diagnostic tools Install electrical components within industrial buildings, enclosures, and equipment Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams Ensure all installations comply with NEC standards and customer specifications Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of electrical installation practices and NEC requirements Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Proficient with conduit bending and installation Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Ability to read tape measures and perform measurement conversions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Industrial Electrical Certification Experience with electrical racks, industrial enclosures, or modular buildings Familiarity with UL standards and quality assurance procedures Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work throughout a full shift Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Strong manual dexterity and color vision required Ability to work overtime as needed Why Join Apache Workforce?
