Peds: Woodbury 15yo Male Gtube Thur/Fri Day Shift $30-$32

Peds: Tullahoma 5yo Male Trach/Vent Mon-Thur Nights $32-$36 per hour

Adult: Morrison 80yo Male Gtube Saturday 9:30a-7:30p $38 per hour

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the home

• Monitor patient condition and report changes

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Support individualized care plans

• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license

• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of nursing experience

Additional Details

• Adult and pediatric patient opportunities available
