Manager, Paid Social

Act as a subject matter expert for Paid Social strategies, best practices, technology partnerships, planning and execution tools, and emerging trends Develop and drive multi-channel digital media strategies and roadmaps aligned with client program growth goals, focusing on retailers and omnichannel retail use cases Support cross-functional marketing strategy projects with deep media expertise Identify synergies across digital channels within client media mixes Lead day-to-day management and optimization of client paid social programs Plan campaigns, document strategies and plans, and build and optimize campaign tactics and segmentation Manage algorithmic bid platforms and manual bidding strategies Ideate, plan, and manage tests Produce custom analysis, reporting, and insights Manage creative trafficking, site and inventory management, privacy trends, and strategic partner relationships Build and maintain team processes, QA checklists, and documentation for scalable execution Define program objectives, tactics, and KPIs Develop and deliver client communications Build client strategies and lead tactical planning and execution Manage and grow client relationships and influence stakeholders toward enterprise-level measurement Recruit, train, and manage team members and direct reports Foster open communication and 360-degree feedback Support team members in reaching quarterly, annual, and long-term goals Design and improve operating rhythms, workflows, intake, prioritization, QA, documentation, and status meetings Requirements 5+ years of experience directly responsible for enterprise-level Paid Social advertising programs At least 1+ year of experience managing direct reports Great communication and extensive client management experience (internal or external) Proven track record of success driving strong positive results through paid social channels Mastery of performance-based, direct response marketing programs Experience executing with platform UIs and ad serving / ad tech External partner management Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated experience building and scaling team processes and organization, including workflow design, documentation, and operating routines for paid media or digital marketing teams Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer on a full-time basis Must not have current or future need for visa sponsorship Core Competencies Expertise in Paid Social Advertising, including strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
