Live Event Lead

Our client, a global entertainment platform, is looking for a TEMPORARY Event Lead to assist their team on-site in San Jose for their beautiful art show + pop-up event on 7/1 – 7/3!
Responsibilities:
- Checking in customers / answering any questions / scanning tickets.
- Supervising on-site event staff and ensuring daily schedules are followed.
- Assisting with breaks and providing coverage where needed.
- Supporting the team as they unload / load event supplies.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns and resolve them professionally and quickly.
- Line management.
- Adaptable and resourceful. Able to take on a variety of responsibilities in a busy environment.
Requirements:
- You must be comfortable walking, standing for long periods of time, lifting products, and being outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be comfortable working a temporary assignment on the Fourth of July weekend.
