Job Description

Lead the preparation of detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost projections
Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope analysis
Lead value engineering efforts and provide cost-saving recommendations
Collaborate with executive leadership on pursuit strategy and bid decisions
Mentor and support junior estimators within the team
Participate in client presentations and preconstruction meetings

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
Proven experience leading estimates and managing bid processes
Experience within one or more of the listed project sectors
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
