Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction

- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost projections
- Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope analysis
- Lead value engineering efforts and provide cost-saving recommendations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on pursuit strategy and bid decisions
- Mentor and support junior estimators within the team
- Participate in client presentations and preconstruction meetings
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- Proven experience leading estimates and managing bid processes
- Experience within one or more of the listed project sectors
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
