About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Quality Officer to play a pivotal role in its mission to enhance the quality of life for older adults. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system, driving process improvement initiatives, and ensuring regulatory and compliance leadership. This includes the development of a quality management framework, collaboration with senior leadership to embed quality standards, and the promotion of a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The Chief Quality Officer will also serve as a trusted advisor, translating quality metrics into strategic insights, and will be instrumental in building a culture of quality throughout the organization. Applicants for the Chief Quality Officer position at the company should have a baccalaureate degree and at least 4 years of experience in a relevant leadership role, with a focus on quality management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven individual with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and managing risk. The ideal candidate will have a background in establishing and monitoring performance indicators, leading process improvement initiatives, and ensuring that the organization is proactive in adapting to evolving regulations. A key aspect of the role is to serve as a quality advisor to senior leadership, so the ability to assess organizational performance, identify quality risks, and opportunities for improvement is essential.
