- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and workflows using Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and optimize existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Debug and troubleshoot automation issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document automation processes, including workflows, scripts, and technical specifications.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience in automation development using tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, Selenium, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Visual Basic, C#, Python, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years' experience in RPA field.
