ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking foraFraming (Install) Helper to join our team in Portland,Oregan to support the installation of custom patio enclosures, screen systems, and louvered roofs. This entry-level position comes with hands-on training and opportunities to grow into a lead role over time.Youllassiston job sites, help prep materials, and ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Support the construction and setup of outdoor living products, including screened enclosures and motorized roof systems
- Take measurements and prepare materials for scheduled installation projects
- Assistwith equipment upkeep and ensure work vehiclesremainclean, stocked, and job-ready
- Load, deliver, and organize tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily job assignments
- Contribute to warehouse activities, material management, and occasional event or display setup
- Helpmaintainan organized, productive, and safety-conscious worksite
- Adhere to company safety procedures and work under the guidance of senior installers
- Travel to customer locations within the service region toassistwith installation projects as needed
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Be willing to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Pay attention to detail and care about doing the job right
- Have a valid drivers licenseand clean abstract
- Be comfortable using tools and working on ladders
- Be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding, outdoor work
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or mechanical work is an asset
WHAT WE OFFER
