Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide care primarily for surgical patients and must be comfortable floating between units as required.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to surgical patients.Coordinate and implement patient care and assess patient needs.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with established protocols.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the Meditech EMR system.Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a surgical setting.Charge experience is required.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Ability to start IVs and perform related nursing tasks.Flexibility to work weekdays and some weekends as needed.Must be willing to float to other units as required.ScheduleThis position offers a night shift consisting of four 12-hour shifts, running from 19:00 to 07:00.
