Work onsite in a collaborative setting, delivering high-quality speech and language services under the guidance of experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologists. You’ll empower students by helping them overcome communication challenges and develop essential skills for both academic and social success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or an AAS degree from an SLPA program
• Active SLPA license or certification
• Strong proficiency in oral, written, and interpersonal communication, including during high-stress or crisis situations
• Flexibility to travel between school locations during the school day, as needed
• Prior school-based experience is ideal but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both direct and indirect speech-language services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with licensed SLPs for supervision, support, and professional growth
• Engage with students, parents, and staff to ensure clear communication and cohesive support
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
• Commitment to onsite services—please note virtual options are not available
