Overview Engineering Manager $130,000 - $150,000 + 401(k) + Full Benefits + Leadership Development + Career Progression + PTO Houston, Texas Are you an Engineering Leader from a chemical manufacturing background looking to take a step up into management, with ownership of major capital and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing industrial operation? This is an excellent opportunity to step into a highly autonomous management position where you will lead a skilled engineering team, drive plant performance improvements, and play a key role in long-term operational strategy. The company is continuing to invest heavily in site expansion, process optimization, and engineering excellence, offering strong long-term progression opportunities into senior leadership. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across manufacturing operations, oversee capital projects, and support reliability and process improvement initiatives across the facility. You will collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve plant capacity, efficiency, and overall performance. This position would suit an experienced engineering professional looking to move into a strategic leadership role with significant influence across site operations.
