Job Title: DON - Director of Nursing

As a DON , you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled nursing professionals to deliver exceptional care to our patients. As a DON, you will serve as a vital member of our leadership team, providing strategic direction and oversight to our nursing staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

• Develop and implement effective care plans , ensuring that our patients receive evidence-based care that meets their unique needs.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements , including surveys, certifications, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Foster a culture of safety , quality, and customer satisfaction, and promote a environment of continuous learning and improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments , including medical records, therapy, and social services, to ensure seamless delivery of care.

• Develop and manage department budgets , ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet the needs of our patients and staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Minimum Years of Experience: 2)

• Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse)

• Proven leadership and management experience , preferably in a long-term care or post-acute care setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff at all levels.
