The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of technical projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical design projects from concept through commissioningDesign power distribution, control systems, and electrical infrastructure solutionsDevelop electrical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and technical documentationPerform electrical calculations, system analysis, and equipment selectionCollaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectivesSupport testing, troubleshooting, validation, and startup activitiesEnsure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirementsDrive continuous improvement and provide technical leadership throughout project executionQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field4+ years of electrical engineering or electrical design experienceExperience with power distribution, controls, or industrial electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsStrong communication, project management, and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience with switchgear, generators, UPS systems, or power distribution equipmentExperience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar electrical design softwareKnowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and communication protocolsFamiliarity with NEC and other electrical codes and standardsProfessional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensureIf you're an Electrical Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading projects, and delivering innovative solutions, we'd love to connect with you
