Internal Medicine Opportunity

Internal Medicine - Large insurance carrier needs a Family Practice or Internal Medicine BC|BE physician to work full or part time M-F to conduct 5-6 in-home patient visits per day with 1 day being telehealth and/or administrative day working from home with a home office set up provided. Generally wellness visits and chronic care. Call rotation 1 week overnights every 5-6 weeks, but it is extremely rare to get an emergency call. Equipment provided. Will provide collaboration agreement for NP oversights. EPIC charting.
