PRN Telehealth Occupational Therapist - Colorado
Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide Telehealth services in Colorado.
Position Highlights:
- Work-life balance: flexible schedule M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, 4, 6, or 8 hours/day

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders
- Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist
- Current state licensure - must have a Colorado license
- One-year of experience as an OT in a SNF setting
