Our client is

seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment for a national distribution operation. This role will primarily support warehouse and CDL driver hiring across multiple distribution centers nationwide, while also assisting with select corporate and operations positions as needed.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesSupport recruiting efforts for warehouse, CDL driver, and operations-related positions nationwideManage candidates throughout the hiring process from offer stage through onboardingExtend offers and coordinate pre-employment processes including background checksMaintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATSCommunicate regularly with hiring managers and leadership regarding hiring activity and status updatesUpdate recruiting reports, tracking documents, and hiring metricsEnsure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment processAssist with additional corporate recruiting needs as business demands evolveQualifications3+ years of recruiting experience requiredHigh-volume recruiting experience strongly preferredExperience recruiting CDL DriversExperience recruiting within warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environments preferredCorporate recruiting experience is a plus, particularly in fast-paced environmentsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong administrative and follow-through capabilitiesExperience with large ATS platforms requiredWorkday Recruiting strongly preferredOther ATS experience such as Taleo or iCIMS will be consideredProficient with Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools such as Teams
