Call Center Representative

Description Under the direction of the Supervisor, Call Center, the Call Center Rep supports the Call Center Team and internal departments by scheduling appointments and fielding patient questions. This position is responsible for customer inquiries through a centralized call center, data entry in the computer system, utilizing resources to remain current and working as a team. Responsibilities Provide support to the Call Center Team by scheduling appointments, fielding patient questions, responding to customer inquiries through a centralized call center, entering data into the computer system, and collaborating with internal departments. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of resources while working as a team. Required Qualifications 2 years customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications 1 year medical office or health care experience. Epic experience. Medical terminology experience. Bilingual English/Spanish communication. Compensation Pay Range: $24.00 – $31.52 per hour. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
