Concierge Internal Medicine Physician

A premier physician-owned, membership-based practice in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking one or two highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physicians. This full-time, outpatient-only position emphasizes personalized, evidence-based care with a focus on prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness for a limited panel of engaged patients. Practice Info * Physician-owned, membership-based practice * Focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness * Limited panel of engaged patients * Outpatient-only position * Unhurried appointments Responsibilities * Connect, educate, and provide high-touch, relationship-driven care Compensation * Base Salary: $280,000 - $325,000 per year, plus bonuses Benefits * Health insurance (50% employer-covered) * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage for 3 years * 401(k) with a 4% company match * Continuing Medical Education (CME): $3,000 and 3 paid days * Paid Time Off (Vacation): 120 hours in year one, 160 hours in year two Shift & Schedule * Full-time Requirements * MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine * Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one * Preferably at least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience * Ability to relocate to Boca Raton, FL (Required) * Commitment to high-touch, patient-centered medicine * Exceptional communication skills and bedside manner * Personally aligns with a healthy lifestyle and wellness principles * Tech-savvy
